The studio's approach centers on hair that looks, feels and works well in everyday life. Services are adjusted to each client's hair density, movement and lifestyle, and color is planned to grow out softly and need little upkeep. Stylists also put together personal hair care plans and show clients how to care for and style their hair at home.

Bridal work is a central part of the studio. Bridal trials and day-of styling take place in the studio at Siren Salon, and the team also offers on-site bridal hair and makeup in Vancouver, Portland and the Pacific Northwest. Bridal bookings begin with a deposit and a signed agreement, and the final payment is due 48 hours before the wedding. Makeup can be done in the salon or on-site, with a custom quote requested by email.

For a visit, there are hot and cold drinks and light snacks, and the boutique area stocks products from small and women-owned businesses.
