The salon says its focus is self-expression through hair color, cuts and styling, and that each service is customized and planned around the individual client. Color is a large part of the menu: root smudges and glazes for quick refreshes, a Color Melt that softens color without lightening, double process retouches that lighten the roots and even out the color, and custom highlights in partial or full versions. Color correction is priced after a consultation and is booked as a long appointment of roughly five hours.

Other offerings include hand tied weft extensions, which start at $300 and need a $100 deposit from new clients, and extension removal. The R&R Blowouts package offers three blowouts plus one free for $135. Wedding hair and makeup packages start at $3,000 and take about eight hours; photography and flash tattoos are available for an extra fee, and the packages require a $1,500 deposit.

Booking is done online through the business's booking site, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. The salon is open Wednesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours and may be refunded when cancelled more than 48 hours ahead. Gift card sales are final.
