Extensions are a large part of the menu. The salon offers sew-in extensions with bead move-ups and removal, tape-in extensions, and hand-tied installation. Tape-in clients usually return for a move-up every six to eight weeks, and the extension hair for tape-ins is an extra cost that has to be ordered before the appointment. Custom extensions start with a free consultation covering length, volume, budget, method and color match, and a deposit is paid toward the total cost once the color match is approved.

Cutting, styling and treatment services include clipper cuts, shampoo and haircuts with or without styling, blowouts, special occasion styling for curls, updos or braids, perms, and conditioning or K18 treatments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.

The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
