Color is the largest part of the menu. Options range from glosses and root touch-ups to partial and full highlights, lowlights, hand-painted balayage, and a lived-in look that combines balayage, foilyage, root melts and glossing. Blonding services can be paired with an add-on gloss. The Platinum Experience and Signature Color Experience are longer multi-step appointments; both include a Metal Detox treatment, and they add pre-lightening or pre-treatment, toner or gloss, and conditioning or a hair mask depending on the package.
Extensions and bridal work both start with a first step. An extension consultation is required before any installation, and its fee goes toward the installation. Installation is priced per row and the total depends on length, custom color and the number of rows. Bridal makeup must be booked after a bride trial run, and bridal hair can be done at the salon or at the client's location, with travel fees that vary. Bridesmaid hair is priced per bridesmaid.
Booking comes with a few policies. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show without contacting the salon may be charged the full cost of the scheduled services. Late cancellation and no-show charges take each client's appointment history into account.
Consultations come first for the bigger services: extension installations need a consultation beforehand, and bridal makeup follows a trial run.
