Shannon and Stephanie created the salon as the next step in their careers and opened it in March 2023. Together they have more than 20 years of experience in the hair industry. The building was once a church, and it was renovated to include shops alongside the salon on the second floor.

The salon is a shared space for independent stylists. Each stylist manages their own bookings and sets their own pricing, and the salon is by appointment only with hours that vary by stylist. Clients who don't have a preferred stylist can contact the salon and be matched with one of its team.

The styling stations are elegant, and the room is meant to feel chic and comfortable. The salon describes its setting as built around individuality and says its stylists are chosen for their skills and creative vision, with diverse backgrounds, specialties and ongoing education. A parking lot is attached to the building, and free street parking is available nearby.
