The team includes an owner who also works as a stylist, along with senior stylists, stylists and junior stylists. Pricing for color and haircuts is set by experience level, so the same service costs a little more with a more senior stylist. The salon focuses on the client experience, teamwork and a love for the craft, with the aim that guests leave feeling encouraged and looked after.

Color appointments begin with a detailed consultation and can include a customizable gloss and a signature blow-dry. Options range from root color and root touch-ups to minis, all-over color, partial and full color, and Manely Blonde, which requires a consultation and deposit. Corrective color is also offered, with pricing discussed at the consultation. Haircuts also start with a detailed consultation and finish with a signature blow-dry, and a thick mane cut is available for fuller hair.

Extensions are offered with two methods, IBE and K-Tip. Every extension service begins with a consultation. Extension hair is sourced exclusively from MUSE Extensions and MÖD Extensions, must be bought in the salon at the consultation, and cannot be brought in by the client. Install appointments are booked only after hair is purchased. The salon recommends IBE maintenance about every eight weeks and K-Tip maintenance every 12 to 16 weeks.

Booking is online and requires a card on file. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled at the stylist's discretion. Only credit and debit cards are accepted, with a 3% surcharge on credit payments. Cash tips are welcome, but the salon does not keep change. Services are not refunded, though the salon will try to correct concerns within 14 days of a completed service. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, with the salon closed Mondays and Sundays.
