The business operates from 333 N Third Street in Hamilton and was previously known as Bare Skyn before taking its current name. It combines functional health coaching with plant-based skin care and waxing, and it also sells supplements and protocol packages and offers lab tests.

Health coaching is the core of the practice. New clients usually start with a one-hour virtual Health Coaching Consult, which includes an optional 15-minute phone call for questions, or with a 30-minute Discovery Call if they are not interested in the membership. A customized wellness plan is emailed within two weeks of the consult. Clients who want ongoing support can join The Rooted Reset, a 90-day membership billed at $90 a month and valid for three months. It includes four coaching sessions, with the last one free, a customized health plan with functional supplements, and support covering detoxes, protocols, labs, nutrition and lifestyle.

The business describes the Rooted Reset model as proven and says it has served more than 250,000 appointments. Lab tests for gut, hormone, thyroid, food sensitivity, toxicity and stress are available with or without a consult.

Skin care and waxing run alongside the coaching. Skin Care Check-Ins are one-hour sessions for existing clients, and bikini line and Brazilian waxing are offered to existing clients only. A Wax Membership costs $50 every five weeks and takes $10 off each wax for recurring clients.

Payment and booking terms: every sale is final, so purchases are non-refundable. Changes to an appointment must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling inside that 24-hour window, or not showing up, results in a charge of 20% of the service fee to the card on file. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their start time may be asked to rebook, and the late-cancellation fee can still apply. Services are offered for wellness and education and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

The practice takes a functional wellness approach, rebalancing the body through supplements, detoxes, guided protocols and lab testing. Gut health and stress are named as key areas to address.
