The stated mission is to help women through each phase of their reproductive journey using bodywork, skin care and coaching. Facials are performed by licensed estheticians, and the Signature Facial Series includes separate facials for trying to conceive or navigating infertility, prenatal, postpartum and perimenopause. Every facial begins with a skin analysis, and carrier oils (fractionated coconut oil, hemp seed oil or jojoba oil) are chosen from that analysis. Signature Aromatherapy is included in most facials, except for pregnancy clients and anyone sensitive or allergic to essential oils or fragrances; the custom blend goes home with the client in a roller ball bottle. The Face & Scalp Treatment uses fractionated coconut oil, which can lightly coat the hair. Estheticians are not dermatologists, and the business notes that conditions such as skin cancer, psoriasis, deep chemical peels, severe acne and injectables fall outside facial services.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, Release & Reset and Signature Massage, a 60 to 90 minute session that blends several therapeutic techniques for each client. The salon describes Signature Massage as the gold standard of massage. Prenatal, postpartum and perimenopause massages are offered, and clients are asked to disclose any medical conditions before a prenatal or postpartum session. Partner lessons, typically 90 minutes, teach both partners to give massage together, and a Restorative Massage with a take-home manual is also offered.

Coaching is offered in person or virtually across four focus areas: infertility and trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum+ and perimenopause. Individual sessions last 60 minutes and cost $125. One-on-one packages run in 3, 6, 9 or 12-month increments, with pricing that depends on goals, needs and schedule. Coaching is not covered by health insurance, according to the website. Group options include the Warrior's Workshop, a 12-week program for women navigating infertility, and the Mama-to-be Retreat, a 9-month membership with weekly emails matched to the week of pregnancy and a membership portal.

Free virtual intro and consultation calls are offered for each coaching area. The website also has a shop and a courses section, with masterclasses and online courses such as a partner fertility massage course and courses on infertility and new parenthood, many priced at $97. Payment is available through Affirm in four installments.
