New guests can start with a consultation, or fill in a short form describing their hair and goals so the salon can suggest a stylist. Services are by appointment only, and clients contact their stylist directly to book. According to the salon, its stylists are experienced and take time to listen to what clients want.

The space is warm, modern and comfortable, with a personal station and workspace for each renting stylist, a shampoo area, shared salon spaces and backbar amenities. Clients also have access to towels and laundry, Wi-Fi, refreshments and parking. Renting stylists bring their own clients, tools, color and supplies.
