The studio provides electrolysis in two forms. Medical electrolysis targets unwanted hair linked to a health condition or to a plan set by a physician, including hormone-related hair growth tied to PCOS or menopause, hidradenitis suppurativa, ingrown hairs and razor bumps, and removal ahead of certain surgeries. Cosmetic electrolysis is chosen for personal preference. Facial gender-affirming hair removal is also available. Clients most often have the chin, upper lip, jawline, cheeks, neck, eyebrows, chest and abdomen treated, and underarms, bikini line, arms, legs and back can also be done. The studio does not treat inside areas such as the nose, ears, mouth or body canals, and it does not service peach fuzz.
Two modalities are used. Galvanic electrolysis applies direct electrical current to trigger a chemical reaction within the follicle. Blend electrolysis combines galvanic current with heat, applied at the same time. Common sensations are described as a brief sting, pinch or warmth lasting a few seconds.
Every new client needs a consultation first, regardless of past electrolysis experience, and consultations are free. Clients not seen in the last six months are treated as new and need another consultation before booking. Single sessions range from 15 minutes at $55 to 120 minutes at $265, with deposits from $25 for 30-minute visits up to $75 for longer appointments. Packages are available as four sessions with one free or eight sessions with two free, at prices fixed at purchase. Packages are prepaid, non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months. A credit card on file is required to book, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are charged in full. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill can be provided for insurance reimbursement, though coverage is not guaranteed. The studio is open by appointment on Thursday from noon to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 3pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Bookings and questions are handled by phone at 341-231-9991, with texting preferred.
