The services fall into three groups: hair, brows and waxing. Hair work covers cuts for adults and children, dry cuts, blowouts, event styling, deep conditioning and treatments, and a wide range of color services, from glazes and root retouches to highlights, lowlights, lightener retouches and dimensional balayage. Brow tinting, brow waxing, and lip and chin waxing are also available.

Visits can take place at the salon or as house calls. A consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 15 minutes, which is a good way to talk through goals before booking a longer color service. Payments are accepted.

The business is open Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Lightening and transforming hair is done with the condition of the hair as the main priority. Color work is planned around keeping hair healthy throughout.
