Color is the core of the menu. Options range from root touch-ups and root smudges to glazes for shine and depth, foil and balayage highlights, lowlights, cap highlights, double process color and full head color. Full head color uses R+Co, with each formula mixed for the individual client. A quicker option, 10 Minute Color, uses R+Color Hypermatic demi-permanent color in 31 shades. Corrective color requires a consultation first.

Beyond color, the salon offers blowouts with or without irons, including Big Southern Belle, beach waves and straight finishes, along with women's, men's and children's haircuts, wet cuts and quick trims. Treatments include perms with four options, a formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout FREE that requires a consultation, and a deep conditioning treatment.

Consultations, in person or by video, are free and let stylists look at hair, talk through what a client wants, and map out which services fit. Longer or specialty appointments, such as hair extensions or corrective color work, can call for a deposit. That deposit is applied to the final bill, but it is kept if the booking is canceled inside 24 hours. Changing or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice costs 25 percent of the service price. A same-day cancellation made within 12 hours costs 50 percent, unless it was an emergency. A missed appointment without notice is charged 25 percent. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and the client must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, or $200, or in a custom amount, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
