Every visit starts with a Hair & Scalp Evaluation, which can begin virtually with an intake form sent beforehand. In person, the evaluation can include trichoscopic imaging, microscopy and hair strand testing, and the review covers health history, lifestyle, diet, medications, product use and genetics. Afterward, clients receive an email with their plan, product links and home care tips. Progress is tracked with standardized photos taken on day one, scalp imaging and follow-up evaluations.

Scalp treatments include Cold Root Plasma, a needle-free session of about 20 to 30 minutes, and TED (trans-epidermal delivery), which uses ultrasound and targeted air pressure to deliver growth serums across a series of four sessions about four weeks apart. Scalp Detox is a deep cleansing treatment that removes buildup and is followed by a lipid treatment; it is offered at the Cumming location only. Brow and Eye Restore pairs cold root plasma with exosomes for thinning brows and the eye area.

Alternative hair options, including toppers and lace front wigs, are offered at the Cumming location. The $75 Discovery Session is deducted from the cost if a client orders a topper, and custom coloring, fitting and cutting are included for toppers. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later option that the business says has no hard credit checks.

Services and packages are non-refundable once purchased, and one rescheduled appointment is allowed within a 24-hour window. Children who are not receiving a service may not attend. The business states its information is educational and not medical advice, and it works alongside dermatologists, recommending a local hair-loss dermatologist when medical care is needed.
