The studio's approach is holistic, but it does not prescribe a particular belief system. The aim is to leave room for curiosity, restoration and self-connection during each visit.

The service menu runs from a short Detail Ritual trim for fringe, beard or neckline work to full-head dimensional and vivid color. Every color service begins with a complimentary consultation of up to 20 minutes covering hair goals, color options, hair history and maintenance; longer consultations are charged. Color Karma is a custom-blended, deposit-only conditioning color made with vegan, tea-free, naturally derived pigments, and it takes about ten minutes.

Appointments need 48 hours' notice for cancellations, made by text or phone. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service, and clients who arrive unwell are asked to rebook and are still charged for the appointment. Confirming a booking means accepting this policy.

The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
