Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and available times appear during booking. Monday hours run from 9:30am to 5pm, and Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 6pm. Starting prices depend on the amount and length of hair, and they may be higher for dense or lengthy natural textures, exceptionally long styles, or intricate designs. The final price is confirmed when the appointment is booked. Braiding hair is included in the listed prices.

Braid sizes are grouped by how many braids fit per row, from large down to extra small thin, and length is priced in steps from shoulder up to butt length. Cornrows and feed-ins are priced by pattern, men's cornrows and stitch braids are sized by braid count, and loc retwists are priced by loc count. Two-braid style comes in two versions, on your own hair or with added hair for length.

Clients are asked to arrive on time with clean, blown-out hair and no heavy product, and to bring a reference photo so size and length can be agreed before the first braid. Wash and blow dry can be added at booking for $40. For boho styles, clients may bring their own human curly hair. Kids braids are for ages 12 and under, with gentle styling and breaks as needed.
