The salon organizes its services into cut services and color services.

Cut services include a children's haircut for under 10s at $30 and a short haircut starting at $55. Tailored haircuts from short to long are priced from $80 to $100, with the final price depending on density and length. Color services mix fixed-price and hourly chemical work, including color, vivids, highlights, blonding and keratin treatments.

Color is mainly done with Schwarzkopf, Danger Jones and Joico vivids, and styling products include Hairstory, ColorProof and Amika. Music plays during appointments, and conversation is part of the visit.

Clients can cancel with 24 hours notice. Without it, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment applies. Rescheduling is available, and the salon tries to fit a new time. Clients who neither cancel nor reschedule are removed from the appointment book. Booking means agreeing to the salon's policies, which are worth reading before you book. The salon accepts cash and cards. The Rogue Beauty Fund takes donations through Venmo or Square to pay for haircuts for clients in need; clients can be nominated by email, can stay anonymous, and the fund covers haircuts only.
