The menu covers natural nail and structured Russian manicures, a men's clear Russian manicure, Signature Russian pedicures, and a combined manicure and pedicure package. Extension services include acrylic, which is currently for existing clients only, and Gel X. Gel removal, kids' gel manicures and nail art and finishes are also offered. NanoFlex toenail reconstruction uses a flexible UV/LED gel that contains NanoSilver and is designed for damaged toenails; eligibility is determined at a consultation.
Deposits may be required to secure an appointment, and an appointment is confirmed only once the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable but go toward the total cost of the service. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service while full charges still apply. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit their deposit, may be asked to pay in full before booking again, and are charged a 40% fee to the card on file. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may lead to a refusal of future services.
Payment is due when the service is finished. The studio accepts cash, credit and debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay and other approved methods. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, before the appointment.
Services are final once completed, and refunds are not issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction after leaving, normal wear, breakage or poor aftercare. Service concerns need to be reported to the owner within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment for review. Free repairs are offered for workmanship issues the technician agrees with, if reported within 48 hours; damage from accidents, improper care, biting, picking or excessive force carries an extra charge. Only clients receiving services should attend unless approved beforehand, and children should not be left unattended in the studio. Photos or videos of finished work may be used for promotion unless the client asks otherwise before the service begins.
