Every visit begins with a consultation. Treatment plans are built around each client's anatomy and goals rather than a standard menu, and the process moves through four stages: consultation, a customized plan, treatment, and aftercare with a follow-up check-in. Nothing is injected until the client has agreed to the plan. Numbing options include a topical cream, and lidocaine is built into some of the fillers used.

The practice's signature offering is facial balancing, a whole-face approach that looks at the face in proportion and profile and uses small amounts of filler and Botox where they help features sit in harmony. It usually takes two or three visits, with a check at the two-week mark. Visits are booked online through Vagaro. A $65 deposit is taken at booking and goes toward treatment, but it is forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Consultations, treatment and aftercare instructions are available in English or Spanish.
