New clients can start with a consultation. The New Client Haircut is a 90-minute visit that includes the consultation, the cut, and guidance on how to recreate the look at home. Longer appointments are available for thick, curly or long hair, and blow dries can include curling or flat ironing.
Pricing is set at a flat hourly rate based on time rather than gender, and the salon values simplicity and transparency in what it charges. Hours are Tuesday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Monday and Saturday appointments are by request, and the salon is closed on Sunday.
Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. Later changes incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, charged to the card on file. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving later than that may mean a shorter service or a new booking.
