Services are priced a la carte, and prices depend on the level of the stylist. Stylists work at three levels that reflect experience. Level One stylists are fully licensed and have completed the salon's Associate Program, and Level Three stylists mentor Level One stylists. Color prices are starting prices, and an exact quote comes from an in-person consultation. Consultations are complimentary, recommended before any color service, and offered to new clients.

The salon is known for detailed highlights and balayage, along with signature color and precision haircuts. Curly work draws on Diva Curl and Rëzo cutting techniques, and the salon offers certified curly cuts. A first-time Rëzo Curly Cut Experience includes a consultation, a deep lather shampoo, a conditioning treatment and a brush set or finger curls with diffuser.

Hair extensions are offered by tape-in, sew-in weft, K-tip and clip-in methods, with hand-tied wefts from Covet and Mane and Harper Ellis hair, which the brand describes as ethically sourced human hair. The salon does not keep extension hair on site. Hair is color matched and ordered during a required consultation before installation. Hand-tied wefts are suggested for a move-up every 4 to 8 weeks, K-tips for removal and reinstall every 3 to 4 months, and tape-ins every 6 to 8 weeks or at each color appointment.

Treatments include deep conditioning with Oribe and Eufora Pro and smoothing treatments with Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout. Guests are offered complimentary beverages and light refreshments during appointments.

Booking is easiest by phone during business hours, though clients can also email, message on Facebook or Instagram, or contact a specific stylist. At the Winter Garden location, clients can book directly with a stylist through the link in that stylist's bio. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or the card on file is charged 50% of the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service cannot be given, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Clients who are not completely happy can say so during the appointment or within 7 days, and the salon will work with them to make results right, though it does not offer refunds.
