Surgeries are performed in an in-house surgical suite on the Upper East Side rather than in a hospital operating room. The practice says this gives a cleaner setting, more flexibility when scheduling, lower costs and more control over each patient's needs. The suite is described as fully accredited.

A visit starts with a confidential one-on-one consultation, booked by appointment. The surgeon and staff explain the options, answer questions, and tailor each treatment plan to the patient. For facelifts, the consultation reviews concerns, goals, skin thickness and elasticity before a plan is set.
