Full sets are the main offering and range from classic to mega volume. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash for added length and fullness with a natural finish. Hybrid sets blend Russian volume with classic extensions and can be adjusted up to 60% volume. Volume sets place several fan extensions on each natural lash for a fuller, thicker look, with adjustable thickness. Combo volume pairs Russian volume with bundle volume for a soft but bold finish, and mega volume is thicker and more dramatic than the standard volume set, offered in 8-15D.

Fills keep a set looking maintained between full appointments. Classic and hybrid fills have timing and retention rules: a 2-3 week fill should be booked within 21 days of the last full set or fill, and a 3-4 week fill within 28 days, with enough of the existing extensions still in place. Otherwise a new full set is needed. The studio does not fill extensions applied by outside technicians; those must be removed first, and extra time is held for removal.

Booking includes a non-refundable $35 deposit paid through Apple Pay or Venmo within 4 hours of booking, which is deducted from the final bill. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Guests are not allowed at appointments. Clients should arrive without curled lashes, makeup or moisturizer on the lash area. Lash lift clients are not accepted, and up to 10% broken lashes is considered acceptable.
