About

New clients are encouraged to book a consultation to look at the skin and plan a routine. The in-person consultation runs 60 minutes and is included for first-time clients, and a 30-minute virtual consultation is also available for $50, with a close-up photo sent beforehand.

Chemical peels are not given to first-time clients. Memberships give regular clients a set monthly benefit, such as a maintenance facial or a corrective facial, with retail discounts and account credits at three tiers. Packages pair several services at a bundled price, and their credits apply automatically at checkout.

Deposits are final and count toward the service. Clients who are running late should call, since appointments are canceled automatically after 15 minutes. Cancellations are due by the day before, same-day cancellations carry a fee of 20 percent of the scheduled services, and no-shows without notice are charged 50 percent. A card or gift card guarantees a reservation. Groups of three or more need a contract and deposits, and a 20 percent gratuity is added. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 12 to 6 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4:30 to 9:30 PM, Saturday 12 to 6:30 PM, and the studio is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
