Color is a large part of the menu. Single Process is a maintenance color for new growth and grays and is not meant for blonding or changing color. Xpress Single Process is a 30-minute version for touch-ups, and Luxury Single Process is a 60-minute maintenance color that uses bonding technology. Glaze is a 40-minute service that refreshes color between blonding visits and adds shine. Double Process, about 120 minutes, is used to blonde roots and reach a chosen blonde tone. Corrective color begins with a consultation. Color services are typically repeated every four to six weeks, or every three to five weeks for Double Process.
Lightening is offered in three tiers: Brighten Me, a 90-minute-plus mini service, Lighten Me, a 120-minute-plus partial service, and Goddess, a 150-minute-plus full service. Each includes a bonder, dimensional gloss and a blowout. Starting prices are base prices, and extra product or time can change the total. Each additional 30 minutes of application adds 25 dollars. Lightening is maintained every eight to ten weeks, and a Brazilian Blowout Express guest special can be added to any lightening service.
Blowouts begin with a shampoo and conditioner, and the stylist chooses the products and technique for the look you want. The salon describes its finishing work as celebrity-worthy. Keratin smoothing options include Brazilian Blowout, Brazilian Blowout Express, Lasio Keratin and Cappola Keratin. Other treatments include Kerastase Fusio Dose, Olaplex, Acidic Bonding, Relaxer and PFK. Extensions are offered in Keratip, Beaded, Sew-in Weft and Tape-in styles, with a complimentary consultation by phone.
Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may carry a fee or affect future booking. Appointments are secured with a credit card, which is charged only for a missed appointment or a cancellation without 24 hours notice. Credit card payments carry a 3 percent convenience fee, and tips cannot be added to card payments. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, and friends or family members wait in reception during services. Open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours and closed Sunday and Monday.
Each visit is personalized to the guest. Stylists are placed on a level system based on pricing and demand.
