Owner Angelo Rizza has worked as a stylist for over 20 years. He worked at Avanti and James Joseph salons in Boston and at Robert Kree in Manhattan, and he has held international posts in Belgium, Iceland and Italy. He later opened RIZZA Salon, his first salon, in Chelsea. The site says he has built a loyal clientele and a trusted reputation in New York City.

Guests can enjoy a glass of wine during their visit. The salon carries a selection of hair care products, and bridal services and extensions are arranged by consultation. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 11am to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 6pm, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm, with the salon closed on Mondays.
