The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute signature facial with a honey cleanser, papaya enzyme exfoliation and extractions to a 90-minute Euphoric Facial Experience with a double cleanse, lymphatic facial massage and hot stone work on the arms and neck. Other facials use enzyme and glycolic acid exfoliation, an oxygen dome system with LED light, warming and cooling masques, or Diamond Glow, a deep exfoliation and extraction treatment followed by serum infusion. A Pore Clarifying Acne Facial combines extractions, LED light and exfoliation, and LED light can be added to most facials. Dermaplaning is available as a single session or as an add-on.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and couples massage, with a Migraine Focus option built on aromatherapy, trigger-focused work and cold stone therapy. Head-spa services include the Revitalize Your Scalp treatment, which uses organic products, two shampoos, a hair mask and deep conditioner. Body treatments include a salt scrub with body brushing, a wet room experience, a Fassage full body session that pairs a Honey Enzyme Facial with a full body massage, and sauna sessions in 20, 30, 40 or 60 minute blocks. Manicures and pedicures range from a classic River House manicure to the Ultimate Pedicure, and a full waxing menu covers face, body and bikini areas.

Each appointment includes one complimentary hour in the relaxation room after the service, and extra time is charged at the regular rate. Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early, but no more than an hour ahead. Children under 18 are not permitted, and pets are not allowed except service animals. Outside food and drink need advance approval, and a credit card is held at booking. Cancellations need 24 hours notice for single appointments and 72 hours for groups, and a no-show is charged the full service price. The spa notes that prices and services may change without notice.

Treatments are meant to refresh the body and mind, with a focus on therapeutic and professional services.
