Visits are by appointment only and can be booked online or by phone. The studio asks clients not to book by text. Online booking requires a card, which is only used to hold the appointment and is not charged. Late and weekend slots fill quickly, so the studio recommends booking those in advance. An online waitlist is available in case of a cancellation.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise a $50 no-show or late-cancel fee applies. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late shortens the appointment. Arriving 20 minutes or more late cancels it, and it must be rescheduled after a $50 late fee is paid. Treatments and packages are non-refundable.
The studio has a referral program: when a referred friend books a first facial, the client receives 10% off their next facial, and bringing three friends earns a free facial of the client's choice plus 10% off same-day skincare. Gift cards can be bought on the website and are sent instantly. Products are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with any price difference paid, or used as in-store credit toward a service.
Each client's treatment plan is built around their goals. The studio describes its treatments as results-driven.
