The salon builds its services around the individual client. Staff take time to learn each client's style before starting, and nail length, shape, color and design are confirmed with the client, usually after the first one or two nails. Pedicures come with a one-time-use liner and a personal toolkit for each client, and the salon uses pipeless spa seats and says it uses sanitized instruments.

The menu runs from simple polish changes and cuticle work to deluxe spa treatments with sugar scrubs, sea salt soaks, masks and hot towels, and layered enhancements in acrylic, dip powder, Gel X, builder gel and T.A.P Hybrid. Children aged 11 and under have their own menu with spa pedicures, manicures, gel services and nail art.

Some policies to know before booking: prices may change at any time without notice, appointments are canceled if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and there are no refunds because services are final. The satisfaction guarantee asks clients to report a concern before leaving or within five days, and the service is then corrected at no additional charge, though it does not cover design, shape, length or color changes once approved. Long nails are not guaranteed, and repairs after a client leaves are charged. The salon is not a medical facility and operates under the rules of the Kansas Board of Cosmetology.
