Rituals by Mia operates from Suite 103 at 129 Cabrillo Street in Costa Mesa. Mia owns the studio, is a licensed esthetician, and performs the facials herself. Each facial is tailored to the individual client's skin rather than following a set sequence. Opening hours are 11 am to 7 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 9 am to 3 pm from Thursday through Saturday. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. No-show fees apply to bookings.

Newcomers can begin with a 45-minute virtual consultation by FaceTime for $100. The session assesses skin health and produces a customized homecare plan, and the fee also covers product recommendations and bi-weekly check-ins. It pairs more advanced treatment methods with a massage-focused approach and finishes with a home care routine. The Ritual 75 ($225, 1 hour 15 minutes) and The Ritual 120 ($325, 2 hours) both begin with a consultation and skin analysis, after which the steps are selected during the visit for concerns including acne, signs of aging, uneven skin tone and a compromised skin barrier. The Ritual Sculpt ($250, 1 hour) is a massage-based facial that includes a double cleanse, lymphatic movements across the face and neck, a cooling mask, cold globes and a scalp massage. According to the business, it suits clients seeking a naturally lifted, refreshed appearance. The business recommends a series of sessions for greater cumulative benefit, and package options are available on request.
