Most facials run about 60 minutes, though the Teen Facial for ages 16 and under is 45 minutes and the Repechage 4-Layer Facial runs 75 minutes. Clients can choose a set treatment or have a facial tailored to their skin type and goals. The Ritual Custom Facial is a basic treatment built after a client describes their skin. A lactic, glycolic, mandelic, or pumpkin peel can be added to any facial for $20, or booked alone for $40. Seasonal facials rotate through the year, and the Cranberry Facial with Paraffin Hand Treatment is the facial of the month.

Chemical peels use PCA Skin products for resurfacing, pigment, acne, and anti-aging concerns. Clients are asked to stop retinol, glycolic, or other exfoliants one week before a peel. Microdermabrasion uses aluminum oxide crystals, and the spa suggests a series of treatments spaced seven to ten days apart. Dermaplaning uses a medical-grade 10-R blade and does not remove coarse, terminal hair; treatments every four weeks are suggested. LED light therapy uses blue, red, and infrared light and is described as non-invasive with no downtime. Waxing covers the face, brows, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest and stomach, and bikini areas. The spa says its waxing products are high quality and chosen to reduce irritation. Waxing clients under 18 need parental consent, Brazilian bikini waxing is for clients over 18, and clients are asked to disclose retinols, glycolics, anti-aging products, or certain antibiotics before waxing.

Massage is offered on Fridays and Saturdays only. Options include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage for the second and third trimesters using side-lying positioning, hot stone, and CBD massage made with 1000 mg of CBD oil in organic massage cream. Seasonal massages and treatments rotate through the year. Massage times include prep and dressing, so clients should arrive a few minutes early. The Bridal Package combines a 60-minute Swedish massage with a Bride-to-Be Facial, and bridal parties can be planned by calling the spa. Children are not accommodated, so clients need to arrange offsite childcare. Ritual-brand facial products are sold and can be bought online, and retail products can be returned if at least half full within 30 days for an exchange or service credit. E-gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount.

A credit card is required to book new appointments. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for groups, and later changes carry a 50% service fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late, or after 20% of their appointment time has passed, may not be accommodated and a 50% fee applies. Late arrivals may have their service time shortened and are charged the full price of the original appointment. Fees rise to 100% after three violations or when a no-show has no prior communication.
