The business describes itself as a practice rather than a spa, and it is the local home of Find Ritual, the platform that maps skin and builds a ritual to take home.

The signature facial, The Signature, combines facial massage with custom skin care and can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes. Clients choose the areas they want worked for tension, including between the brows, around the eyes, smile lines, jaw, neck and shoulders. Lymphatic drainage using a small glass cup and light vacuum is included, and chilled steel globes are used to close most facials. For concerns such as acne, pigmentation, texture, maturing skin, dryness or sensitivity, The Treatment adds targeted treatments and professional modalities, and the practice notes that it is often kept up every four to six weeks as maintenance rather than required.

A visit begins with a check-in at the Daybreak location. Afterward the client can buy products in the online store, and the practice writes the ritual to take home. Skin consultations are a separate 30-minute visit in which skin is read under light and placed on a map.

Facial and chair services run Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, skin consultations are offered on Friday from 10 am to 1 pm, and the practice is closed Monday and Saturday. Booking takes a deposit of half the price, with the rest paid at the Bar. Appointments can be moved up to 48 hours before the visit to any time within three months of booking, with the deposit moving along, but facial and treatment bookings are not cancellable or refundable.

Treatments are chosen for each client's skin after a visual read under light, and the practice describes itself as a practice rather than a spa.
