Rita Black M.D. is a medical aesthetics practice in suite 220 at 7300 Sandlake Commons Boulevard in Orlando. The practice describes its standard of medical aesthetics as the highest, and its products and procedures as the most affordable and premiere in Central Florida. These are the practice's own claims.

On the injectable side, Botox is used for wrinkles and frown lines between the eyebrows, and it takes about 10 minutes with no anesthesia or downtime. Its specialty areas include brow lift, chin dimpling, excessive sweating, gummy smile, lip flip, TMJ and facial slimming, platysmal bands and the Nefertiti lift. Juvederm filler is FDA-approved for smile lines, marionette lines and vertical lip lines, and can also add lip volume. Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating biostimulator for volume loss in the face; its results build over three to four months and can last up to 2 years. Biostimulators can also be used on cellulite, buttocks, neck, chest and stomach.

Skin care includes HydraFacial, a device-based treatment that combines exfoliation, suction to clear pores, and moisturizing and antioxidant products. VI Peel chemical peels range from mild to moderately aggressive; a session takes less than 20 minutes, comes with a post-peel kit and needs about one week of healing. SkinPen microneedling with exosomes is offered for acne scars, fine lines, uneven tone and enlarged pores.

Wellness services include vitamin injection cocktails with glutathione, NAD, ALA, vitamin C, mineral blends and B vitamins. The practice also runs a medically supervised weight management program that combines nutrition education and counseling, weight loss medication and lifestyle guidance, led by Aimee Bert-Moreno.

Skin care consultations are free. Cherry payment plans are available for procedures, with approval up to $10,000, a soft credit check rather than a hard one, and 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Applicants must be at least 18 and have a valid bank-issued debit or credit card. The office is open Monday 10am to 2pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 5pm, and Friday 10am to 2pm.
