The wigs are glueless and arrive styled, so they can be worn at home without a salon install.
A visit usually starts with a consultation for $50. That fee is non-refundable and is credited toward a qualifying custom wig purchase once the consultation is completed. Custom wig purchases include a Design Consultation to confirm measurements and finish details. Clients can send their own measurements using a soft tape in inches, or have them taken during the consultation, and six measurements are required.
Clients can also bring their own hair for a build (BYOB), with a full consultation, hair preparation, a customized hairline and a quality control check included. An optional Luxury Install Package adds a 2 to 3 hour install with shampoo, conditioning, a natural braid-down, glueless install and melt styling. Existing wigs can be rebuilt on a new cap through the reconstruction service, and wig maintenance covers cleansing, conditioning and restyling.
Production takes approximately 12 to 14 business days and starts once payment is processed, all six measurements are received and design details are confirmed. The studio describes its custom wigs as luxury. All custom wig sales are final, and rush orders are not guaranteed. Completed orders ship via UPS with tracking emailed after shipment.
