The color menu covers traditional balayage in half or full versions, foil highlights, bleach and tone, root touch-ups that don't lighten, and all-over color. A gloss can be added for an in-between refresh, and extra time or product is priced according to the client's hair. Haircuts are offered with shears or clippers, and a longer transformation cut is available for curly hair or for removing more than three inches.

Other services include blowouts, event upstyling, night-out styling, conditioning and Olaplex treatments, waxing for brows, lip and chin, a makeup lesson, and one-hour tarot readings. The salon offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation for new clients and a free virtual consultation by phone or video.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours ahead are requested; later changes, or arriving more than 20 minutes late, carry a fee of half the reserved services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
