The practice runs in-person clinics near Lee's Summit and in Lone Jack, Missouri, and serves patients across the Kansas City metro and in several other states by telehealth. Mobile visits can be arranged on request.

Visits are by appointment only, either by video or in person, and can be booked online or by phone. A visit begins with a review of medical history and a vitals check, followed by any IV or injection therapy. Patients can complete check-in questionnaires and upload documents through a patient portal. Free consultations are offered for both telehealth and in-person appointments.

Microneedling with the Exceed device is available as a single treatment, with a PRP add-on, or as a series of three, and the VI Peel can be paired with a neuromodulator treatment. Dermal fillers and PRP options are priced after a consultation. The practice is a Skinbetter partner and carries Skinbetter Science skincare.

Weight management uses custom-prepared semaglutide and tirzepatide programs with starter and maintenance packages. The medications are prepared by state-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies and are not FDA pre-market approved. These programs have no subscription or follow-up visit fees. The practice notes that typical semaglutide running costs are about $150 to $249 a month depending on dose and package. Hormone optimization begins with a three-month program to see how a patient responds before adjustments are made.

Joint and muscle recovery includes PRP joint evaluations and procedures and shockwave therapy for plantar fasciitis, tennis and golfer's elbow, rotator cuff and shoulder stiffness, jumper's knee, Achilles tendonitis and myofascial pain. The practice does not submit claims to insurance. It accepts cash, credit cards including HSA and FSA cards, and Venmo.

Care is planned around each patient, with telehealth and in-person options so medical services are easier to reach.
