The waxing menu is broad, running from small areas such as ears, nose, cheeks, hands, feet, knees and elbows up to full legs, full back, full arms and Brazilian waxes. Several services are grouped into full-face, bikini and multi-area options, and an inner thigh or stomach strip can be added to another service at a reduced price. Soft wax is available on request for arms, back, chest, legs, shoulders, stomach and underarms.
Brow and lash services cover basic shaping, semi-permanent brow tinting and lamination, eyelash tinting, eyelash lifting, and a combined lift and tint. A vajacial follows a Brazilian or bikini wax and includes an exfoliating wash, cooling serums, extractions and a hydrogel mask.
Packages bundle repeated services at a discount: six underarm waxes, four basic eyebrow services, and four Brazilian services. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual. Couple packages require at least four services, give 15% off each one, and run about 90 minutes.
The studio asks clients to avoid caffeine four to five hours before waxing and to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Same-day bookings need to be made at least 2.5 hours ahead. Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment, or no-shows where a client neither calls nor arrives within 15 minutes, carry a 25% fee. New clients' cards are only charged for a no-call no-show or cancellation fee, not held as a deposit. Clients with three or more no-shows must pay 65% at booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval before the visit.
Body hair is removed mainly with hard wax, with soft wax offered on request for several larger areas.
