Lash extensions are offered as full sets, half sets and fills booked by timing: one week, two weeks or three weeks after the last visit. A fill needs at least half of the extensions still in place, and if more than three weeks have passed a full set is booked instead. Color lashes can be added to extensions. Lash lifts can be done alone, with a tint, or as a lift and tint, which uses a perm solution to curl the lashes.

The brow menu covers shaping and clean-up, tinting, and lamination that holds brows in place, plus a single appointment combining wax, lamination and tint. Facials come in four options starting at $75, and the Pumpkin Glow Facial is also offered. Dermaplaning shaves away dead skin cells and vellus hair with a blade described as medical grade. Waxing or tweezing is available for the nostrils, upper lip, chin and underarms.

Hours run Monday 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Two or more no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to being blocked from booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

The business also offers a 4-day, 30-hour course to become a licensed lash technician, which it says is approved by the Arizona State Board. Group training for two to three students costs $1,795 and one-on-one training costs $2,595. A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves a seat and is applied toward tuition.
