Acne is the core of the business. The Acne Program moves through four stages: an in-depth consultation, a personalized plan that includes homecare products, follow-ups every two to three weeks, and maintenance after the program ends. A full course typically runs two to six months, depending on acne type, severity and how consistently homecare is followed. The plans do not use prescription pills, the program includes medical oversight, and protocols are adapted for pregnant clients. Clients aged 18 and under need parental or guardian consent.
Every visit is booked in advance. A first appointment can be a 30-minute New Client Skin Analysis using VISIA, which can be paired with a customized facial for first-time clients. The full in-person acne consultation adds VISIA with progress tracking, a review of lifestyle, diet and medical history, a customized treatment plan and professional product recommendations, which are sold separately. Non-local clients can start with a virtual consultation or follow-up, and the virtual consultation includes a credit toward skincare purchases made within a week.
Outside the acne program, the menu includes Advanced Cold Therapy using Glacial Fx technology, a one-hour treatment that combines a chemical peel, exfoliation, a hydrating mask and moisturizer. Collagen and scar revision microneedling uses SkinPen and is usually done as a series. Customized treatments are chosen after a skin assessment, and the business also offers facial-style back treatments and brow design with waxing, tinting or inked-thread mapping.
