Riolaser offers laser hair removal at three open studios in the Orlando and Central Florida area: Lake Nona in Orlando, Ocoee and Kissimmee. The business was founded on Brazilian skincare traditions. A fourth studio is planned for the Verizon Plaza shopping center in Carrollwood, North Tampa, but has not opened yet; people can join the Tampa waitlist through WhatsApp or by email. The Lake Nona studio also serves nearby neighborhoods such as Medical City, Narcoossee, Moss Park, Boggy Creek and the airport area, and Kissimmee serves St. Cloud, Buenaventura Lakes, Poinciana, Celebration, Hunters Creek and the theme-park corridor.

Hours differ slightly by studio. Lake Nona is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM. Ocoee and Kissimmee are open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM. All open studios are closed on Sundays. Booking is available online through Zenoti, or by phone, email or WhatsApp during opening hours, and the site suggests booking about a week ahead for evening and Saturday morning slots. Consultations and treatments can be conducted in English, Spanish or Portuguese at Lake Nona, Ocoee and Kissimmee. Each open studio has free parking directly in front of the suite or entrance, private treatment rooms and a relaxed waiting area.

The first step is a free consultation, which is listed on the booking page as 15 to 20 minutes. It covers skin tone, hair density, medications and recent sun exposure, and it carries no obligation to buy a package. Exact pricing is quoted at the consultation rather than online. The first visit includes a consultation and often a patch test, so it allows about 20 extra minutes. Specific consultations are offered for the bikini line, full Brazilian, underarms and neck beard, and coverage for the bikini and full Brazilian areas is mapped out during the consultation.

Treatments use the Splendor X system from Lumenis, which houses an Alexandrite laser (755 nm) and an Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) in a single unit. During the consultation, the provider picks the wavelength based on skin tone and hair colour: Alexandrite for lighter to medium skin, Nd:YAG for deeper skin. According to the studio, skin types I through VI can be treated at Lake Nona. Each pulse is delivered with cryogenic cooling, so clients can expect a short snapping feeling, and laser settings are tailored to each area. Most clients don't need numbing cream. Quick areas such as the upper lip or chin take about 5 to 10 minutes, underarms and bikini areas about 10 to 15 minutes, a Full Brazilian about 15 to 20 minutes, and full legs or a full back 30 to 60 minutes.

Most clients need about six to eight sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart for the body and three to four weeks apart for the face. Some plans are described as running about ten sessions at least 45 to 60 days apart, and maintenance sessions may be needed later for hormonal or genetic hair growth. The laser targets melanin in hair follicles that are in the growth phase, so each session affects only the follicles active at that time. Hairs treated shed over one to two weeks. The business describes its results as a permanent reduction, with individual results varying and permanent results not meaning every hair is removed. It also says clients see 95% or more results after six to eight sessions on average. White, blonde and red hair are not treated by laser. Listed restrictions include tanned skin, pregnancy, certain medications, active herpes and tattooed skin.

Before a session, clients should shave the treatment area about 24 hours ahead and skip waxing, plucking or epilators for four weeks. Underarm clients are asked to arrive without deodorant, lotion or perfume and, where possible, to stay away from tanning and self-tanner. Afterward, for a short period, avoid hot showers, saunas, pools, hard workouts and tight clothing, and apply SPF 30 or higher to treated skin for two weeks.
