Rio Jewel Spa

Rio Jewel Spa is a spa located at 600 Plaza Drive in Newark, Delaware. The facts available describe it as offering massage and waxing services, with all visits booked by appointment only.

Booking is handled ahead of time. Clients are asked to cancel at least 12 hours before a scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before a reservation are charged the full amount of all scheduled services, and no-shows are charged the same.

Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late is treated as a no-show and charged for the scheduled services, though late arrivals may be given a shortened service to fit following bookings and may need to reschedule.

For massage or waxing appointments longer than one hour, a $30 deposit is required, with the remaining balance paid after the service. Deposits are non-refundable when cancellation, no-show or late arrival policies are not followed, and a new deposit is required to book again after a policy issue.
