The IV menu ranges from a standard normal saline or lactated Ringer's hydration drip at $85 to an Iron Infusion at $285, which is also offered as a six-week package. In between are basic hydration, immunity, energy, anti-stress and glow infusions, a lactating mother's infusion and Myers' Cocktail. Shorter IV push options include a B12 shot, glutathione doses with vitamin C, and add-on shots of amino blend, Protonix, Toradol and Zofran at $30 each.
Group IV lets four or more people book together. The Vital Collective Experience is $160 per person, and the group menu includes Relief, B-Slim, Clarity, Replenish, Fountain of Youth, Athlete's Edge and Reset, each with a stated focus. Group visits must be booked at least one week ahead because spots are limited. NAD therapy is offered as a 100 IM or SQ injection at $75, a 250 IV at $250, and a 500 option listed at $400.
Medical weight loss starts with a $150 new patient consultation, followed by ongoing care at $99 per month. Plans start at $149 per month for FDA-approved pill or injection therapy and require a three-month minimum enrollment. Prescriptions are sent to Eli Lilly or Novo Nordisk pharmacies, with home delivery or local pickup. Lab work is billed separately and can be ordered through Quest Diagnostics.
Memberships require a minimum commitment of six months. Pick Two membership tiers are priced per month: Basic at $179, Premium at $229, Elite at $259, and NAD at $299, and members receive $20 off each extra IV infusion. Make It Your Own offers 10% off all treatments for six months and does not require a bundle. Group rates, member pricing, and a price match against a valid receipt are also available, subject to terms. Once a service, product, or medication has been provided, it cannot be refunded.
