Kids spa days are offered by appointment from Tuesday through Friday, based on availability, and the business operates by appointment only with no walk-ins. The staff are described as trained in customer service and performing arts.
Kids birthday parties come with a set group of guests: the base price covers six children, the birthday girl and five friends, and extra guests are $20 each up to 15 in total. A hosting parent provides cake or cupcakes, outside food is otherwise not allowed, and a confirmation itinerary is sent after booking. Parties require a 50% deposit or full payment and are not final until staff confirm the date and the deposit is paid. Refunds are not given, though rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.
Travel parties bring the party packages to a customer's location for a travel fee. Hourly sparkle and braid events carry a two-hour minimum, and feathers, braiding and hair wraps are added to the quote unless requested. Feather and braid parties must be booked by phone. The event space rents for day and evening events, including social events, small business events, weddings and showers, and is also open to book clubs, bunko groups and non-profits; pricing is by phone call only.
The business builds each visit around a themed party or spa experience for children and their families. Packages add crafts, food and activities to a central theme.
The event space has a vintage feel, with brick walls, hardwood floors, fireplaces and an outdoor area.
