Booking and policies are set out clearly. Clients must book online and hold a credit card on file, even when paying cash at checkout. New clients, and returning clients not treated in the past 12 months, must complete a Good Faith Exam first, which is $30. Clients must arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late results in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment and may require rescheduling. Additional guests and children are not permitted. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice or a $50 non-refundable fee applies, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
