Booking requires a $25 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable, and an active card on file to reserve a time. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or through Venmo. Address and parking details arrive by email after booking, so clients need to give a correct email address and phone number.

Clients should arrive with their eyes cleansed of makeup or product. If they arrive without cleansed eyes, a $10 fee applies to remove product before the service. Clients are asked to wear a mask during appointments and keep it on during service unless told otherwise, and extra guests are not permitted.

Lash refills follow a set rule. A refill applies when half or more of the lashes remain; if less than half remain, a full set is required. Excessive lash shedding should be reported within 3 days, and after that it is treated as a refill. Refills are not offered over work done by other lash technicians, and an additional $25 removal fee applies in that case.

The business takes photos and videos for social media and documentation. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; anyone arriving later has the appointment cancelled and must reschedule. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-call, no-show or same-day cancellations are charged the full service price.
