Booking requires a debit or credit card and a deposit to reserve a time. The card is not charged until after the service unless the client pays with cash. If a time is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist. After booking, the salon contacts clients to confirm the nail art design and that the correct service and appointment time were chosen. A 10-minute grace period applies; appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes, and the deposit is not refunded. Cancellations without 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price.
When arriving, clients text the salon and wait to be let in after the previous client leaves and the space has been disinfected. Only the client being serviced may be in the salon, and guests are not allowed. Clients are asked to limit cellphone use during services. Anyone who feels unwell or has been around someone who is sick is asked to notify the salon in advance to reschedule. Pedicures are offered, but nails with fungal or other toe infections are not worked on, and ingrown toenails are not removed.
Payment can be made by card reader, which carries a 3.5% processing fee, or by cash, Apple Pay or Zelle, which carry no fee. Payments can be split if needed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
