Haircuts and styling are planned around the client's lifestyle, hair density and texture, and around how easily the look can be recreated at home. Color is offered both to cover gray and to enhance or soften natural features. Pricing depends on hair length, density, condition and how long the service takes, so the salon asks clients to call for a quote.

The spa side offers manicures and pedicures, including spa versions, along with hydro facials, anti-aging skin treatments, waxing and a skincare treatment that uses the Silk Skincare line. Some services need a practice appointment and a deposit first. Booking is by calling (704) 639-1602.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Its own product lines are sold online, with free shipping on orders over $100.
