Online booking lists a range of nail services, from full acrylic and Gel X sets to fill-ins, manicures, pedicures, regular polish, and shaped sets, along with a men's services category.

Appointments are booked online and held with a deposit. A $35 nonrefundable deposit is required for a standard booking, and a combined hands-and-toes booking requires $70. The deposit must be sent through Cash App or Zelle within 30 minutes of booking, with the appointment date and time included, or the booking is canceled. The deposit is then deducted from the total cost of the service on the day.

Prices shown online are starting prices. Nail designs are charged separately. Same-day or last-minute bookings carry a $50 squeeze-in fee. The remaining balance is preferably paid in cash, with Zelle and Cash App also accepted; Cash App payments carry a $5 fee.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Arriving 20 minutes late incurs a $10 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; later changes require a new $35 deposit to rebook. Clients who do not show up or do not call are not able to book again. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are receiving a service.

Confirmation emails go out the day before an appointment and confirmation texts the day of, and failing to respond may lead to cancellation. Nails should be bare on arrival unless a soak-off is also booked. The salon does not work over another technician's work or over damaged or unhealthy nails.
