Facials are the core of the menu, from a 30-minute Mini Glow Facial with a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and hydrating mask, to a 90-minute Rich Skin Lux Facial. The longer facials use high-frequency, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion or ultrasound, followed by a hand, neck, shoulder and facial massage. The Essential Glow Facial, at 50 minutes, begins with a skin analysis and can be upgraded with LED or high-frequency add-ons. The business uses what it calls high-performance, melanin-safe ingredients in its facials.

Body services cover full-leg, underarm, brow and Brazilian waxing, with waxing described as hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive and melanin-rich skin. The Custom Back Treatment is a 60-minute session with steam, a clarifying cleanse, exfoliation, extractions if needed, a customized mask and a hydrating massage. Massage therapy blends Swedish, deep tissue and lymphatic techniques in 60- and 90-minute relaxation massages. Booking is by appointment through the business's online Acuity portal, with walk-ins possible when calling first is recommended. A 50% deposit is required, with the option to pay in full. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged a 50% fee, and appointments more than 10 minutes late may be cancelled. New clients complete an intake form. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Payment is by major credit or debit card, Zelle or digital payment, and digital gift cards are available. On-site parking is available.
