The medspa has two Katy locations: one at 5251 Katy Mills Circle, Suite 203, and another at 24022 Cinco Village Center Boulevard, Suite 120, Unit 2. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Services include neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau; hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and nasolabial folds; HydraFacial; microneedling; chemical peels; PRP and PRF; B12 injections; IV hydration; a long waxing and sugaring menu; and a medical weight loss program. Filler sessions usually take 30 minutes to 2 hours, and neurotoxin results typically last about 3 to 6 months.
The R&R Membership costs $99 per month with a 3-month minimum. After that it continues monthly until canceled, and members can cancel at any time. The full monthly payment goes into a personal R&R Bank that can be applied to eligible treatments. Members receive 10% off eligible esthetic services, including select facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microneedling, and 10% off in-stock retail skincare, plus a birthday benefit for members active at least 60 days before their birthday month. Memberships and bank funds cannot be transferred, and any remaining paid funds can still be used after a membership ends, though member pricing and perks stop. Membership pricing cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Affirm and Cherry payment plans are available, subject to eligibility checks.
Enrollment opens with an in-depth consultation and health review, after which a tailored plan is built. Depending on the case, that plan can combine dietary guidance, lifestyle coaching and, where it suits the client medically, compounded options such as compounded semaglutide. Sessions usually happen every week or every other week, with progress monitored and the plan revised as needed. According to the salon, the program is overseen by licensed professionals, and prescription drugs are dispensed only once a licensed provider has evaluated the client and deemed them medically appropriate. People with a BMI of 25 or above, or who are struggling with weight management, may be eligible; an initial consultation decides whether the program is a good fit. Some clients see changes within a few weeks, though outcomes differ from person to person.
