The salon puts weight on product selection and hygiene practices, with the aim of lowering the risk of nail allergies and infection. Colors are imported from Korea and Japan.

Services are booked by length and level. Short and long nails each have solid color and two design levels, and extensions are priced separately. Appointment times run from 15 minutes for a polish to 150 minutes for the most detailed extension art. Art pricing for several levels is still to be determined, so the listed prices are starting points. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 4 to 7 PM, Thursday 4:30 to 7 PM, and Friday to Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a $40 fee plus the deposit. Solid color, design, and extension services require a $30 deposit, which can move to up to two reschedules before a new booking is requested. Arriving 15 or more minutes late incurs $1 per minute for the full delay, while shorter delays are accommodated within the remaining time, possibly with less art. Extra same-day time, when open, costs $1 per minute.
